Gurprataap S. Sandhu, MD, is a medical oncologist and hematologist. He treats all medical oncology and hematology cases.

Dr. Sandhu is board-certified in internal medicine, medical oncology, and hematology. He received his medical degree from Gandhi Medical College in Bhopal, India and worked at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School in Boston, Mass. Dr. Sandhu completed a residency in internal medicine at UPMC and a fellowship in hematology and oncology at University of Colorado Hospital in Aurora, Colo. Dr. Sandhu is an active researcher in gastrointestinal malignancies, including colorectal and neuroendocrine tumors.

Dr. Sandhu is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), American Society of Hematology (ASH), American College of Physicians (ACP), and American Medical Association (AMA).
