Many patients question which over the counter medications are safe to take during pregnancy. We consider the following medication, or their equivalents, safe to take during pregnancy:

  • Tylenol
  • Tylenol Sinus
  • Maalox
  • Mylanta
  • Any stool softener
  • Sudafed
  • Benadryl
  • Robitussin (plain) not D.M.
  • Zantac
  • Pepcid
  • Tagamet HB

NO ASPIRIN OR IBUPROFEN PRODUCTS
