At Washington Health System, our top priorities are the health, safety, and well-being of our patients, our staff, our students, and our community. We are strictly adhering to the CDC’s guidelines for everyone’s safety and are excited to announce that we have resumed in person Prenatal Classes! Classes will begin at 6pm to allow entrance to the hospital prior to lobby door closure. Please call (724) 223-3173 for additional information and to register for classes. Click here to view our Prenatal Classes Brochure.
We understand that some may not feel comfortable with in person classes at this time, therefore we are also offering free self-guided online learning modules on childbirth preparation, breastfeeding, and newborn care including lots of videos.
You can access this online education at: www2.customizedinc.com/childbirtheducation. Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive an email invitation from firstname.lastname@example.org where you can create a unique password and login. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive this email in your inbox.
Additionally, you can access the same Newborn Channel programs offered at the WHS CARE Center for Family Birth and Women’s Health by going to www.thenewbornchannelnow.com/ with passcode 02915.
