Pediatric Vaccination Clinic for ages 5-11 only*
LOCATION: Washington Health Systems – Washington Hospital
Stout Conference Room
Walk-in only no appointment needed.
Child must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Adult must bring ID and sign consent.
Dates:
Saturday, November 13th 8am – Noon
Saturday, December 11th 8am – Noon
Saturday, January 8th 8am – Noon
Saturday, February 12th 8am – Noon
*Please do not bring your 5-11 yr. old to our weekday clinics. This age group will receive a different dose that is one-third of the dose given to those 12+. 12 and over can visit our weekly vaccine clinics – hours and details are located on whs.org/vaccine
