We are nearly at our goal to raise $4 million to create the CARE Center for Family Birth and Women’s Health! To date we have commitments of $3.9 million. There are so many very generous donors to this campaign and the CARE Center. We want to give a special thank you and recognition to The Washington Hospital Auxiliary as they have given $825,000! Their dedication and contributions to our hospital is unwavering and so appreciated. Their tireless effort is incredible!
We want to thank all who have contributed to this project. We are almost there with Phase 1 being complete at the end of the summer. Phase 1 includes all renovations in the postpartum area, nursery, lobby, waiting room and hallway, offices and conference room on the 5th floor. Phase 2 will begin in September and will include the labor and delivery area and the C-Section surgical room.
