“The journey of life is not meant to be feared and planned; it is meant to be traveled and thoroughly enjoyed each day”

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused significant changes in all aspects of our lives, leading to unprecedented stress, anxiety, depression, loneliness and uncertainty. Most are desperately seeking some kind of normalcy, while unaware that the path lies within each of us.

Nurturing a healthy spirit allows us to live each day with purpose, motivation, and resiliency to the environment around us. Life is indeed a journey; for some it is a journey of faith and for others it is rooted in their own individual spirit.

Just as we eat right and exercise to maintain our physical health, there are simple things we can do to strengthen our spirit and make ourselves stronger and happier.
