Janki Patel, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Originally from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh before attending Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. Dr. Patel later returned to Pittsburgh to complete her Family Medicine Residency and Geriatrics Fellowship at UPMC St. Margaret. She has a special interest in helping older adults maintain their health, independence, and quality of life.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Patel enjoys strength training, yoga, exploring Pittsburgh, and trying new restaurants with her husband.
