Green, Jacob, DO

Dr. Jacob Green is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. Vincent College before attending Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. Dr. Green completed his Family Medicine residency training in Jacksonville, Florida, where he gained extensive experience in providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. He has since returned to his hometown community to practice primary care, where he is dedicated to building long-term relationships with patients and supporting their health and wellness across all stages of life.
