
Barrera, Trajan, DO
Trajan Barrera, DO is a family care provider with WHS Family Medicine Center. He primarily sees patients in the Cecil office and spends the rest of his time as a faculty member for the WHS Residency Program.
As a clinical instructor, Dr. Barrera gets the opportunity to combine his love of teaching along with practicing the art of medicine. He really enjoys helping his patients lead healthy lives.
Dr. Barrera has been in public service since 1997 where he served as a Platoon Sergeant and hand grenade instructor in the US Marine Corps. Post military, he later became a lab technician with the FDA and then finally decided he enjoyed working with people instead of petri dishes. He went on to medical school at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine and now resides in Washington, PA.
